As a former educator for the New York City Schools, I have been able to utilize my experience in teaching, planning and implementing programs for restaurant owners and their staff. Combined with my experience in the restaurant industry I have devised programs suitable for their needs. Living in the Tampa Bay area for 25 years, working in some of the finest restaurants as well as the smaller establishments such as fast casual gives me the knowledge of the area and needs of what your establishment needs to give service excellence!
